Anne and Dennis SmithFounders and Directors
Anne and Dennis are the founders and serve as directors of Victory Ranch. Every summer they move with their children Nora, Jay, and Anne Louise to Bolivar, TN, to live for the entire camp season. They are committed to providing leadership to the counselors and staff as well as being intimately involved in scheduling and supervising each day’s activities. Anne is a former youth leader and elementary school teacher with a Masters in Educational Leadership. Dennis is the Director of Athletics and Operations at Presbyterian Day School in Memphis. With over 30 years of combined experience teaching, coaching, and directing camps, the Smiths help make Victory Ranch the very best overnight camp.

Frank Clampitt Outdoor Adventure In his fourth summer with Victory Ranch, this former English teacher at Bolivar Central High School and Outdoor Adventure guru morphs into Frank “The Tank” our Master of Ceremonies for the VR Rocking Mudslide. This man knows mud. |

Alan Durham Assistant Camp Director After 14 years at Evangelical Christian School as a teacher, coach, and administrator, Alan joined the VR staff full-time as the Director of Advancement and Community Relations this past summer. Better known by campers for his tall tales at Roundup, he will be assuming the role of Assistant Camp Director. |

Chad Eoff Programs Chad started his VR career four summers ago as a counselor, but now takes the summer off from his teaching position at Bolivar Central High School to wreak havoc at the ranch as the salty pirate, Captain Kirk and the notorious Bubblegum Kid. The real Chad returns each night to lead music and worship at Roundup.. |

Graham Harrison Sports and Recreation Graham is the Swiss Army knife of Victory Ranch. He came to VR five years ago as a counselor and never left. Always one of the camp favorites, Graham is involved in practically every skit and night activity at the ranch. A lifetime athlete and outdoorsman, Graham brings a passion for sports and outdoor activities to this area. |

Spencer McLean Programs This Presbyterian Day School teacher and coach is the skit man extraordinaire. One moment he’s the nerdy Poindexter from Abacus Ranch and the next he’s changing bad attitudes as Dr. Funkenstein. The real Spencer will join the real Chad in leading the evening worship at Roundup. |

David Rose Aquatics David, the VR version of Hercules, will be managing all things wet and wild at the activity-lake and pool. He is a master of the high altitude belly flop, luau operations, and a committed member of Dr. Funkenstein’s posse. Entering his fifth summer, this Presbyterian Day School teacher and coach is a camp favorite. David is also a certified water safety instructor and helps train all staff on CPR. |

Zeb Russell Equestrian Rumor has it that Zeb was born in the saddle. This real cowboy is entering his fifth summer at the ranch and has provided thousands of campers with a safe, positive introduction to handling and riding horses. His calm manner and infinite knowledge of riding, roping, and everything equestrian builds the confidence of novice young riders. |

Chuck Smith Chaplain Chuck is well equipped to help young people grow in their spiritual walk. His experience as a youth pastor, teacher, principal, and coach make this Evangelical Christian School Principal an ideal mentor for counselors, staff, and campers alike.
